Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. However, please know we do not accept return or exchanges on non faulty goods.
Because we work with a factory that is 80% handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control department will pick this up and everything will be handled before your order is even dispatched. However, on the rare case that something goes unnoticed please use the contact form to file a claim.
If a product is faulty, you can return it within 7 days. Contact our customer services team using the contact form, quoting your name and order number. Please attach supporting photos and videos of fault. Once the product is determined to be faulty we will send you a pre-paid post label via email to cover shipping expenses. Simply follow instructions on label.
Please do not send your products back to Maison Hodge without contacting a member of our team first.
Please note that we will not accept faulty goods with wear and tear.
