Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We may experience some delays due to a high volume of orders and/or courier service problems that are outside of our control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

We currently ship with UPS and DHL

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to SAINT-MARTIN/SINT-MAARTEN through the following freight forwarders :

The shipping time is estimated 1 to 2 weeks via Freight Forwarder. 

CAUTION : When filling the shipping address, enter your freight forwarder's address with your account name - DO NOT ENTER YOUR HOME ADDRESS IN SXM you will not be able to purchase.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MAISON HODGE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

At this time, we do not ship to the EU and other parts of the world. If you are interested in getting one of our products to you please send us an inquiry HERE . Our team will get back to you with the appropriate shipping cost to your address listed on the form.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at househodgellc@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O boxes
