🕒 Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

📦 Item Condition:
Returns must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, dust bags, and packaging included. Bags must have all its gemstone charms intact and unaltered.

🔒 Custom & Personalized Bags:
Some of our handbags are made just for you, customized bags and charm selections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

💰 Refunds:
We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
